Muse

Terms

The short version.

Muse is built on img.pro. By using Muse you also agree to img.pro's Terms of Service, which you accept when you sign in through img.pro and which govern your account, your billing, and the images in your workspace. This page adds the Muse-specific points.

Using Muse

Muse creates images from a style you assemble. Upload only images you have the right to use. Do not use Muse to create content that is illegal or that infringes someone else's rights. img.pro's Acceptable Use Policy applies.

Generated images

Muse uses third-party image models to create new images. Generated images are provided as is. Review them before you rely on them. Image moderation runs on the platform, but you are responsible for how you use what you keep.

Featuring your creations

You grant Muse permission to feature the images it generates for you in its own marketing. This covers generated images only, never the references you upload. The permission is given per board, and you can withdraw it for future selection from any board at any time in Settings, under Privacy. Withdrawal is forward-only and does not automatically remove ads already staged or published.

Sharing a board

You can create a link that makes one board viewable by anyone who has it. A board share covers every generated image you currently keep on that board, including an individual page for each image under the same link. Those image pages are current views of the shared board, not separate image shares. As you add or remove kept images, what the link exposes changes with the board. It is not a way to share just one image. What you publish that way is your responsibility, including that you have the right to publish it. The references you upload never appear on a public page. Revoking the board link removes the board page and its image pages, but it cannot recall a copy someone already saved.

Reporting content

Every shared image has its own page under the board link, and that page carries a report link. The board page itself does not: reporting names one image, so it belongs with that image. Reports go to img.pro, which operates the notice and takedown process, the repeat infringer policy, and the designated copyright agent for this service. Muse and img.pro are operated by the same company, Moshi Inc., a Delaware corporation. See img.pro's DMCA notice and takedown and report content pages.

Accounts, billing, and content

Accounts, billing, and image storage are handled by img.pro. Your plan determines your allowance for Instant creation and Remix, the quality available to you, and your img.pro storage. Automatic drops keep the same service cadence on every plan. Change your plan from the img.pro dashboard at any time. For copyright questions, see img.pro's DMCA notice and takedown.

Availability

Muse is an evolving product and may change or pause features. We do our best to keep your allowance records and kept images safe, but provide no warranty.
